Guidelines for landing visa in Vietnam:

A landing visa can be used for any foreign citizen. The following visa fees are specially given to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Malaysia, etc.

Landing visa can only be obtained at six major international airports in Vietnam:

  • Noi Bai international airport in Hanoi city
  • Tan Son Nhat international airport in Ho Chi Minh city
  • Cam Ranh international airport in Nha Trang city
  • Da Nang international airport in Da Nang city
  • Cat Bi international airport in Hai Phong city
  • Phu Quoc international airport in Phu Quoc island

3. Steps for applying for a landing visa:

  • Step 1: Please click the chain to apply: https://www.vietnam-visa.in/apply-vietnam-visa/
    Fill in the required information: full name (same as passport), date of birth, nationality (passport issued by the country), passport number, arrival date, return date, visa type, etc. Then pay and receive a confirmation letter via email.
  • Step 2: wait a few working days to get the approval letter by email. Obtain visa approval letter by email (with Vietnam visa application Na1 form). You print out the approval letter and form, fill in the Vietnam visa application form, prepare two passport size 4x6cm photos, and cash to pay for the visa stamping fee.
  • Step 3: bring the above items and passport to the landing Office of Vietnam airport to get the Vietnamese visa.

Confidential letter ($6/person or $8/group):

Normally you will use shared Visa approval letter with 15-30 persons. This service can support one person or group for one visa approval letter. This keeps your passport information from being distributed to other passengers.

Guidelines for Vietnam E-visa:

E-visa is available for foreigners in 80 countries. E-visa valid for 30 days, single round trip.

3. Steps for applying for e-visa:

  • Step 1: Please click the chain to apply: https://www.vietnam-visa.in/apply-vietnam-visa/ (select E-visa). Fill in the required information: arrival date, return date, visa type, etc. Upload passport photo + head photo (4 * 6cm), Then pay and receive a confirmation letter via email.
  • Step 2: wait for 1-2 working days to obtain e-visa by email and print it out.
  • Step 3: enter Vietnam with passport and e-visa.
