After getting off the plane, please go directly to gate 9 or gate 18, and you will see the counter of the Vietnam Immigration Department (1. Immigration). On the right, you will see the landing visa office: “Landing Visa – Cấp thị thực tại chỗ”. First, queue up at the landing visa office to apply for the visa, then go to the counter of the Vietnamese Immigration Department to queue up, and then enter Vietnam. After passing the customs gate, you will see the elevator. When you go to the first floor, you will see “2. Baggage claim”. After receiving the checked baggage, you will walk to the exit direction of “3. Customs“.
