How it works?
In order to pick up visa on arrival (visa available at international airports of Vietnam), you must have a visa approval letter (this letter approved, signed & red sealed by Vietnam Immigration Department).
  • Apply to request visa on arrival.
  • Wait for approval from Vietnam Immigration & Receive visa approval letter in 1 - 2 days via email. RUSH service available.
  • Print a copy of visa letter to show for boarding.
  • Show visa letter at Visa On Arrival Office to get visa.

    Visa On Arrival Office at the airport opens 24/7. So you can arrive anytime and pick up visa there.
  • Your visa arrival is available at international airports: Noi Bai Int'l airport (in Hanoi city) OR Tan Son Nhat int'l airport (in Ho Chi Minh city) Or Da Nang int'l airport (in Da Nang city)...
  • You will see an office to issue visa at the airport. The visa issuing office located in front of passport control counter.
  • Hand over: passport (or documents valid for traveling) + visa approval letter + Vietnamese Visa Application Form then wait to be called.
