Vietnam emergency visa and super emergency visa services are applicable to foreign citizens who do not know or prepare a visa before entering Vietnam.

Vietnam emergency visa and super emergency visa processing procedures:

Step 1: fill in the safety online form in a few minutes: https://www.vietnam-visa.in/apply-vietnam-visa/

Step 2: pay visa service fee Online

Step 3: within 1, 2, 4, and 8 hours, you will receive an email containing the official visa approval letter of Vietnam issued by Vietnamese Immigration.

Step 4: print the approval letter and prepare two (4 cm x 6 cm) photos (which can take at Vietnam airport) according to the specified requirements (if you don’t have enough time to print the visa approval letter, you can use our fast-track service).

Step 5: take the printed approval letter, photo, and government stamp fee (as well as passport and other required documents) to Vietnam. The stamp fee for a one-time entry visa is USD 25, and the stamp fee for a multiple entry visa is USD 50.

Step 6: when you arrive at the destination airport in Vietnam, show the approval letter and photo to the immigration office.

The above emergency handling hours (working hours) are not applicable to Friday after 12:00 pm or Saturday or Sunday. In addition, please consider the time difference between Vietnam and your application location (Vietnam time GMT + 7).

The visa counter at Vietnam International Airport is open 24 / 7. As long as you have a letter of approval, you can still get your visa at the weekend.

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 9:15 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). You will receive the approval letter before 17:45 that day.

2 / Vietnam emergency visa (4 working hours – Monday to Friday):

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 9:00 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). The approval letter will be sent at 12:30 on the same day.

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 14:00 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). The approval letter will be issued at 17:30 on the same day.

3 / super emergency Vietnamese visa (2 working hours – Monday to Friday):

the application processing time of a super emergency Vietnamese visa is only 2 hours.

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 8:00 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). The approval letter will be issued at 10:00 on the same day.

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 10:00 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). The approval letter will be sent at 12:00 on the same day.

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 13:00 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). The approval letter will be sent at 15:00 on the same day.

If you submit your application and pay the fee before 15:00 (Vietnam time – GMT + 7). The approval letter will be issued at 17:00 on the same day.
