Specifically, with the “vaccine passport”, Vietnam will divide those who come to Vietnam into three different groups.

The third group will include international tourists. For this category, the Ministry of Health will work with the Ministry of culture, sports, and tourism and submit to the Committee specific plans for the admission of international tourists.
