  3. In case, if you are not able to complete the form online, then you can even send an email to info@vietnamimmigration.org with all your required necessary details and the type of Visa you will need for your Vietnam visit like one month, three months, etc., single or multiple entries visa. Personal or business purpose Visa with all your entry details to the country.

After sending the details above by an email, you will receive an invoice via email for processing the payment of your Visa application. You can pay your required fees by using your Credit, Debit, or Pay pal account.

Important points to note about Vietnam Visa on Arrival

  • Generally, you receive your Vietnam visa on arrival approval letter within two working days after applying.
  • In case of an emergency visa, opt for the express service at an additional cost to get the visa approval letter within one working day, 8 hours, 4 hours, or even 1 hour.
